If you have requested a quote from us but you have not become a customer, we will remove your details no later than one year after our last contact. Even if we have received a quote from you, but we have not become a customer, your personal data will be removed at the latest one year after our last contact. If you have become a customer or we are with you, we will keep your personal data for the duration of seven years after the end of the financial year in which the agreement with you has been fully executed. The seven-year period corresponds to the period within which we are obliged to keep our records for the tax authorities. At the end of this period we will remove your personal data.

In all data we store, we adhere to the term of the statutory retention obligation. yourEmail address will also be stored in our newsletter address file until you indicate you want to remove yourself.
