De medewerker SMT &amp; Elektronica Assemblage maakt deel uit van een zelfsturend productieteam en heeft dagelijkse contacten met de afdelingen ontwikkeling, inkoop en verkoop. Het gezamenlijk verbeteren en professionaliseren van de productieafdeling is een belangrijk onderdeel van de functie.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Taken en verantwoordelijkheden<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Zelfstandig produceren, assembleren en programmeren van elektronica en LED-printplaten.<\/li>\n<li>Zelfstandig assembleren van (LCD) displays en verlichtingsarmaturen en -modules.<\/li>\n<li>Meten, testen en uitvoeren van reparaties aan elektronica en geproduceerde producten<br \/>Uitvoeren van productie en eindcontroles volgens relevante richtlijnen en normen.<\/li>\n<li>Ondersteunen en in de toekomst doorgroeien naar het zelfstandig produceren van elektronica op de SMT- lijn.<\/li>\n<li>Meedenken met verbeteringen van zowel de producten als processen.<br \/>Gezamenlijk met de collega\u2019s zorgen voor orde en netheid op de afdeling<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Profiel<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>MBO werk- en denkniveau door opleiding of ervaring<\/li>\n<li>Ervaring met (handmatig) solderen is een pre<\/li>\n<li>Ervaring met productie en assemblage van elektronica en\/of fijnmechanica is een pre<\/li>\n<li>Ervaring met het werken met relevantie Office-pakketten <\/li>\n<li>Schoolverlaters met een relevante opleiding worden ook uitgenodigd om te solliciteren. <\/li>\n<li>Kwaliteitsbesef en een pragmatische, hands-on mentaliteit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Wij bieden<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fijne werkomgeving in een specialistisch team van enthousiaste collega\u2019s<\/li>\n<li>Uitdagende functie met veel opleidings- en ontplooingsmogelijkheden in een ambitieus bedrijf dat continu in ontwikkeling is<\/li>\n<li>Marktconforme primaire en secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Geinteresseerd om deel uit te maken van ons team!
